When we think of sparkling wines from France, most people would naturally navigate towards Champagne.  As good as these can be, regions outside of Champagne produce sparkling wines under the Crémant description.   Less renowned, made to the same method as Champagne, these wines often offer super quality at affordable prices.   Wine journalist, David Williams, takes us through his top choices.  This includes a wine by Alsace producer Domaine Bruno Sorg.
